Commonwealth Day celebrated on the second monday in march every year. It is an opportunity to promote understanding on global issues, international cooperation and work of the commonwealth's organization, which aims to improve the lives of its citizens. The themes of commonwealth Day 2013
was "Opportunity through Enterprise".
